Solutions KPO software studio

The problem

Custom-software clients want the same things (a site, a store, an integration, an automation) shipped fast and working reliably. Delivering that one project at a time does not scale, and a studio that promises it needs its own brand, platform and repeatable way of working before it can sell anyone else’s.

Context

Solutions KPO is my own studio, and I built it end to end: the company, its brand and website, and the reusable delivery toolkit that sits behind the client work. The goal was never a single project; it was a repeatable practice.

Approach

Treat the studio itself as a product.

• Brand and design system. A coherent brand, a reusable design system and a website, so the studio looks and ships consistently.
• A delivery toolkit. Reusable modules for the work clients actually ask for, so each engagement starts ahead instead of from zero.
• Breadth on one foundation. Landing pages, transactional e-commerce, Stripe / Wompi payments, AI agents, reconciliation systems and bespoke automations, all built on the same platform.

What shipped

• The Solutions KPO brand, design system and website, built from scratch.
• Client software across commerce, payments, AI agents, reconciliation and custom automation.
• A reusable platform that makes each new build cheaper and safer than the last.

Outcome

A running software studio that delivers custom products and automations on top of a reusable brand and platform, turning bespoke client work into a repeatable, higher-leverage practice.

What I’d carry forward

The leverage in services is productization. A brand, a design system and a library of reusable modules turn every client project from a fresh start into an assembly of proven parts: faster to ship, and safer to trust.
